Concierge Primary Care
- Includes 3 visits per month (Telehealth)
- Flexible scheduling, including early morning appointments
- Comprehensive Wellness: Chronic disease management (BP, Diabetes), preventive screenings, TRT, and mental health support.
- Hormone Management: All hormone optimization, perimenopause / menopause therapy, and PCOS management require this monthly membership to ensure safe, ongoing monitoring and refills.
Cost of medications, supplements, and lab fees are not included in the monthly price.
Medical Weight Loss
$150 / initial visit
$75 / visit*
Metabolic Health & Weight Management
- Specialized Care: Focused on metabolic health, GLP1 / GLP2 prescribing, and nutritional guidance.
- Requirements: Initial consult requires a Metabolic Lab Bundle (see below) to ensure safety and efficacy.
Cost of medications and lab tests are billed separately through our partner pharmacies and labs.

NOTICE: Controlled substances (including but not limited to Adderall, Xanax, or Narcotics) WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED through this practice.
