Need to Register Your Test?

If you’ve just taken your test, follow the steps to register it so it can be analyzed and you can receive your results and personalized recommendations.

STEP 1: Log in to your provider’s eStore

You will have to register for an account if this is your first time visiting the Renew Health & Wellness eStore. Register

STEP 2: Click on “Register Test”

This is located in the upper right-hand corner of the eStore home page once you’ve registered for your account.

STEP 3: Complete the test registration form

All fields refer to the test subject. If the test is for you, then you are the test subject, and if the test is for your child, then the test subject information should be your child’s information.

Registration ID: (8-digit ID found below)
Test subject’s first name
Test subject’s last name
Test subject’s birth date (MM/DD/YYYY)
Test subject’s birth gender (Female or Male)

STEP 4: Review and accept the form’s Test Waiver and Privacy Policy

The lab will not receive any of your private information from us.

STEP 5: Click on the “REGISTER MY TEST” button

Congratulations! Your test is now registered. Next, complete the DNA sample collection process to start the testing process.
